We will delete your personal information upon request. You may also send requests about your contact preferences, changes and deletions to your information by emailing us at email@example.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe to any request to delete your information.

(a) Operate, maintain, enhance and provide all features of the Platform and to provide the services and information that you request and to provide support;
(b) To analyze the usage trends and preferences of our users; and
(c) To improve the Platform, and to develop new services, products, features and functionality.
We will not share your personally identifiable Information with third parties without your explicit permission, except when required by law, regulation, subpoena or court order or as otherwise expressly set forth herein. We may use personally identifiable Information and other information internally – for example, to help diagnose problems with our services, to make our services more useful for you and for our other customers and to develop new services, features and functionality.
We may use non-personally-identifiable information (including automatically collected technical information that does not identify you) available to third parties for various purposes, including (i) compliance with our legal reporting obligations; (ii) for business or marketing purposes; or (iii) to assist such parties in understanding our users interests usage patterns.
By analyzing all information we receive, we may compile statistical information across a variety of users ("Statistical Information"). Statistical Information helps understand trends and customer needs so that new services can be considered and so our services and associated technology and services can be tailored to customer desires. We may share Statistical Information with our partners, pursuant to commercial terms that we determine in our sole discretion. In addition, we may provide any information to third parties, so long as we have removed any information that identifies any specific individual or user, such as a name, address or contact information.
We may use your data (including Personal Information) in order to provide you with promotional messages in which we believe you may be interested.
We may use your information to contact you for administrative purposes such as customer service or to provide promotional messages.
We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the data submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, we will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity, behavior or digital content of any user suspected to have engaged in illegal or infringing behavior. We will comply with any applicable law that requires the collection and provision of your data to the applicable authorities.
We may use subcontractors that are located in countries other than your own, and send them information we receive. For example, we may send your information to any countries outside the United States or the European Economic Area. All our subcontractors will be subject to non-disclosure and non-use obligations. Nevertheless, some countries may have levels of protection of personal and other information which are not as high as in your country of residence or business.
We may disclose data and information as necessary for us to enforce our agreements and policies, to investigate any claims against BrainerZ, and to protect the rights and property of BrainerZ or its agents, employees and customers. We may disclose data as we reasonably believe necessary to investigate and protect the security of our software, servers and other equipment.
We may disclose or transfer data and information in connection with a sale of all or part of our business, or in the event of an insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership in which information is transferred to one or more third parties as one of our business assets.
BrainerZ does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.
A cookie is a small piece of text that is sent to a visitor’s browser. The browser provides this piece of text to the device of the originating visitor when this visitor returns. A "persistent" cookie may be used to help save your settings and customizations across visits. Most Web browsers are initially configured to accept cookies, but you can change this setting so your browser either refuses all cookies or informs you when a cookie is being sent. Also, you are free to delete any existing cookies at any time. Please note that some features of the Platform may not function properly when cookies are disabled or removed.
BrainerZ may use third parties to process information. We are not responsible for the use of any data by third parties such as, for example, applications made available through the Platform, and we cannot vouch for the privacy policies of any third party. We have no control over third-party applications or services, and all use of third-party services is at your own risk. We cannot accept responsibility for the privacy policies of any such services. We are not responsible for content available by means of such services. We do not endorse any services or offered by third parties and we urge our users to exercise caution in using third-party services.
We will not share any personal data with third-parties to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
The State of California requires that operators of websites and online services to disclose how they respond to a Do Not Track signal. Some browsers have incorporated "Do Not Track" features. Because there is not yet a common understanding of how to interpret Do Not Track signals, we do not currently respond to Do Not Track signal.
